Our Fresh Kitchen team of food specialists engineer with the close co-operation of our clients, high quality value-added products.

Currently we are chargrilling a range of vegetables and fruits; peppers, aubergines, courgettes, pineapples and asparagus to name just a few.

Shortly, with the expansion and development of our kitchen facilities now underway we will be producing high quality


sauces and ragouts as well as cold mix products to assist clients with quality consistency and costeffective solutions at the front end of their operations. Our Fresh Kitchen is chef driven and specialises in the highest quality of finished product and attention to detail not commonly found currently in the foodservice sector.
