The team is spearheaded by the charismatic, food crazy Martin Levy, a regular on UK TV Food. Martin was previously a chef, who became disillusioned 20 years ago (and having bagged his bride in the kitchens where they met!) so filled his van with exotic mushrooms and went around market towns selling his stock. His small scale success increased so rapidly Martin is now considered an expert in the premium fresh produce world and has imported rare and specialist product from all around the world.
