At Fresh Direct we are looking for a Central Stock Planner with a fresh new mind to join our Bicester procurement team. You will work with the Supply Chain Manager, planning and ordering stock for all Fresh Direct depots, you will also be responsible for monitoring stock levels to minimise waste and also maintaining stock availability.

Strong communication skills are essential as you’ll be liaising with other depots, account managers and suppliers. You’ll also need the ability to hit your stride quickly and have the organisational skills to cope in a very demanding environment.

Calling all you data junkies!  We have an exciting vacancy in the Commercial department for a Cost and Pricing analyst.

The data you collect and the analytical platform you will manage will be responsible for product cost analysis, forecasting and trending so for anyone out to have a positive impact on a business this could be the role for you.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of hardcore data analysis and forecasting. You’ll need cracking interpersonal skills in order to extract information and build relationships with various internal departments. You’ll be advanced on Excel and maybe Access too? Or if another platform is your forte, you’ll have the mettle to come and tell us what and why. Attention to detail and accuracy handling large amounts of data are a must and all examples of your abilities to do this will be embraced.

At the Personal Catering Company we are looking for a Pick Manager responsible for all picking related functions of the PCC operation. This person will be responsible for managing the team, ensuring that all orders are picked, checked and comply with specific customer requirements. You will also be expected to assess the performance of the pick – including reviewing and appraising the performance of staff and incentivising staff to improve performance.

The successful candidate will be customer focused and solutions driven, have strong communication skills, proven management experience, high product knowledge and above average knowledge of the industry, be open minded and able to embrace and influence change.
 

Fresh Direct Needs You!
 
We are looking for a number of pickers to work in our warehouses in Bicester. You will need to ensure that all orders are packed to customer specification, in a timely manner, correct to pick sheets and that the product picked is of the highest quality.
You will work Monday – Sunday, with two rest days, between the hours of 06:00 & 16:00 or 08:00 & 18:00.

We have an exciting opportunity for an outstanding individual to deliver company approved training so that all mandatory requirements of a modern food service provider are achieved.

We are looking for an experienced Training Manager to work across our depots delivering practical MHE, First Aid, and Fire Training as well as off job training to promote better standards of awareness and consistency across all sites, whilst working towards our continued improvement policy.

All training should ensure that legal and BRC standards are met. This clearly means we will require you to be customer focused and solutions driven, up to date with current legislation concerning HR, H&S, MHE, and hold current certificates in the training of MHE, First Aid and Fire Marshalls.

You will have previous experience in a similar role and have excellent communication and presentation skills. Ideally you will hold NPORS accreditation and it is advantageous if you have a DSA certificate. You must be prepared to travel throughout the UK and stay away from home and have a current clean Driving license.
