The Customer Service Department has an opportunity for a committed and flexible team member. We are looking for someone who can work well in a team and equally as well on their own.

We require a competence and understanding of numerical data, statistics and Excel.
 
The hours will be from 1-10pm Monday to Friday.

Main responsibilities:

• To ensure all orders/tasks are completed for all allocated customers
• Investigate customer complaints & report findings to the business
• To process all orders effectively and accurately
• Have a detailed knowledge of allocated customers business, expectations and requirements

Key skills

• Basic understanding of fresh produce
• Understanding of Excel
• Flexible and focused approach to work
• Working to tight deadlines
• Good numerical and communication skills
