We are looking for a person with proven technical experience to take charge of our production kitchen in a fast paced environment. Key responsibilities will include managing a production team, ensuring food products supplied to all customers and from suppliers are compliant to relevant food safety legislation and industry standards while meeting all relevant customer specifications, protocols and due diligence requirements.
The ideal candidate will need to be customer focused, be able to work to set targets, and focus on quality and attention to detail. Experience in the implementing of BRC processes and procedures is essential as well as drawing up product specifications and flow charts.
