We have an exciting opportunity for an outstanding individual to deliver company approved training so that all mandatory requirements of a modern food service provider are achieved.
We are looking for an experienced Training Manager to work across our depots delivering practical MHE, First Aid, and Fire Training as well as off job training to promote better standards of awareness and consistency across all sites, whilst working towards our continued improvement policy.
All training should ensure that legal and BRC standards are met. This clearly means we will require you to be customer focused and solutions driven, up to date with current legislation concerning HR, H&S, MHE, and hold current certificates in the training of MHE, First Aid and Fire Marshalls.
You will have previous experience in a similar role and have excellent communication and presentation skills. Ideally you will hold NPORS accreditation and it is advantageous if you have a DSA certificate. You must be prepared to travel throughout the UK and stay away from home and have a current clean Driving license.
