Fresh Prep

Fresh Prep offers bespoke products and mixes and pack sizes to customer specifications, to a variety of finishes and cuts for same day delivery to aid with shelf life of the products.  

Fresh Prep is based at the Bicester depot which allows Fresh Direct to offer the freshest possible prepared produce whilst further driving down our costs and environmental impacts due to reduced food mileage.

More and more customers are finding prepared produce beneficial to their brands as they aid reduced preparation time, and encourage efficiencies in terms of reduced waste and reduced handling for health and safety.  

Our New Product Development team and Fresh Kitchen often work with Fresh Prep to offer a range of solutions and innovations, utilising the prepared lines we offer. 

Fresh Prep prepare all the products used for Chargrilling, ragouts and sauces in Fresh Kitchen.

Fresh Prep can offer you solutions for with products such as sliced onions, matchstick carrots, matchstick beetroot, tomato wedges, and sliced mushrooms.  Along with this snapshot of prepared vegetables and salads Fresh Prep can offer,  they are also able to provide you with other products such coleslaw mixes, Mediterranean vegetable mixes, and prepared potatoes.

All of the prepared products can be tailored to your needs and specification, and our NPD team are on hand to work behind the scenes with you should you so desire, to ensure you are getting the most suitable product.
