Our NPD Chefs work from our separate development kitchen constantly looking for new ways to benefit and inspire our customers and suppliers. They work with them to share product knowledge and innovative food development solutions for kitchens and menus to maximise crop utilisation, giving the customer a bespoke value added
offering.

  • Prepared produce solutions
  • Healthy eating and promotion of 5 a day
  • Product recognition training
  • Plate presentations including weights, portion size and packaging innovations
  • Preparation and handling training
  • Consumer panelling and benchmarking workshops
  • Identification of new trends
