Throughout the two year training programme, you will experience everything the company has to offer from Operations to Sales & Marketing, as well as Logistics and Procurement – to name but a few! As well as the experience you will gain from working in these areas, a specialist education provider will also deliver a specific management development programme to help you reach your full potential.
We will provide ample opportunity to gain practical experience and develop the knowledge, skills and personal qualities needed to succeed as future leaders within the fresh produce, foodservice industry. As our company is constantly evolving we will work closely with you to ensure that the programme covers the essential areas whilst being flexible enough to allow opportunities to develop during the programme.

As for your degree, you’ll ideally have achieved a 2:1 in a Business Management, food related discipline, logistics or similar. Strong communication skills are essential and as you’ll be stepping into a job with real responsibility straight away, and you’ll also need the ability to hit your stride quickly and have the organisational skills to cope in a very demanding environment.
